Static Structure Factors of the XXZ-Model in the presence of a uniform field
M. Karbach, K.-H. M\"utter, M. Schmidt

TL;DR
This paper computes the static structure factors of the XXZ model under a uniform field, revealing that a weak field can enhance antiferromagnetic order, contrary to naive expectations.
Contribution
It provides exact groundstate calculations for the XXZ model with a uniform field on finite rings, highlighting the field's counterintuitive effect on magnetic order.
Findings
Weak uniform field enhances transverse antiferromagnetic order in the isotropic XXZ model.
Exact groundstate computations performed for rings with 4 to 28 sites.
Contradicts naive expectations about the field's effect on magnetic order.
Abstract
The static structure factors of the XXZ model in the presence of uniform field are determined from an exact computation of the groundstates at given total spin on rings with sites. In contrast to the naive expectation a weak uniform field strengthens the antiferromagnetic order in the transverse structure factor for the isotropic case.
