Crossover from Fermi Liquid to Non-Fermi Liquid Behavior in a Solvable One-Dimensional Model
Y. Chen, K. A. Muttalib

TL;DR
This paper investigates a one-dimensional quantum many-body model that transitions from Fermi liquid to non-Fermi liquid behavior as a parameter varies, revealing a crossover driven by an effective temperature.
Contribution
It introduces a solvable 1D model with tunable parameters demonstrating a crossover from Fermi liquid to non-Fermi liquid states.
Findings
Fermi liquid state at $\gamma=0$
Crossover to non-Fermi liquid with increasing $\gamma$
Effective temperature characterizes non-Fermi liquid states
Abstract
We consider a quantum moany-body problem in one-dimension described by a Jastrow type, characterized by an exponent and a parameter . We show that with increasing , the Fermi Liquid state ( crosses over to non-Fermi liquid states, characterized by effective "temperature".
