Ina Yeo, Kyung-Soo Yi

TL;DR
This paper investigates the symmetry properties of spin-resolved exchange correlation kernels in soft magnetic layered systems, deriving conditions that account for magnetic and electric field gradients and complex electronic structures.
Contribution
It introduces new symmetry conditions for exchange correlation kernels considering field gradients and complex electronic structures in magnetic systems.
Findings
Derived symmetry relations for exchange correlation kernels.
Analyzed the impact of magnetic and electric field gradients.
Extended the framework to complex electronic structures with arbitrary spin polarization.
Abstract
We first exploit the physical condition satisfying the symmetry relation of the ``exact'' spin-resolved exchange correlation kernel based on the ``mixed scheme'' in soft magnetic layered systems. The conditions are derived and examined by taking into account the field gradients of the magnetic moment as well as that of the electric moment. We also exploit the physical condition by means of deviation distribution function suitable for complex electronic structures with arbitrary
