TL;DR
This paper develops an analytical Ginzburg-Landau model to analyze the anisotropic upper critical field in two-band superconductors, enabling fitting to experimental data and understanding temperature dependence.
Contribution
It introduces a formula for Hc2 considering anisotropy in order parameter and effective mass, advancing theoretical understanding of two-band superconductors.
Findings
Derived an analytical formula for Hc2 with anisotropy effects.
Fitted model parameters to experimental data for ab-plane and c-axis.
Determined the temperature-dependent ratio of upper critical fields.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the upper critical field (Hc2) of two-band superconductors by two-band Ginzburg - Landau approach. The analytical formula of Hc2 included anisotropy of order parameter and anisotropy of effective-mass are found . The parameters of the upper critical field in ab-plane and c-axis can be found by fitting to the experimental data . Finally, we can find the ratio of upper critical field that temperature dependent in the range of experimental result .
