Evolving Network With Different Edges
Jie Sun, Yizhi Ge, Sheng Li

TL;DR
This paper introduces an evolving network model with the same nodes but varying edges, demonstrating scale-free properties and tunable topologies through theoretical analysis and simulations.
Contribution
It presents a novel evolving network model with competitive edges and tunable parameters, expanding understanding of network topology evolution.
Findings
Scale-free properties confirmed by continuum theory
Network topologies can be tuned via parameters
Simulation results support theoretical predictions
Abstract
We proposed an evolving network model constituted by the same nodes but different edges. The competition between nodes and different links were introduced. Scale free properties have been found in this model by continuum theory. Different network topologies can be generated by some tunable parameters. Simulation results consolidate the prediction.
