TL;DR
This paper investigates how nuclear spins influence electron spin dynamics in negatively charged InP quantum dots, highlighting the roles of nuclear spin fluctuations and dynamical nuclear polarization through experimental photoluminescence studies.
Contribution
It provides experimental insights into the effects of nuclear spins on electron spin behavior in InP quantum dots, a topic not extensively explored before.
Findings
Nuclear spin fluctuations affect electron spin orientation.
Dynamical nuclear polarization influences electron spin dynamics.
Experimental evidence of nuclear spin effects in quantum dots.
Abstract
Kinetics of polarized photoluminescence of the negatively charged InP quantum dots in weak magnetic field is studied experimentally. Effect of both the nuclear spin fluctuations and the dynamical nuclear polarization on the electron spin orientation is observed.
