PM-FM transition in a DE model
E. Kogan, M. Auslender

TL;DR
This paper analyzes the paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition in a double exchange model using dynamical mean field theory, deriving explicit formulas for the transition temperature across various parameters and calculating specific results for a semi-circular density of states.
Contribution
It provides a new explicit formula for the transition temperature in the double exchange model applicable to arbitrary electron dispersion and parameters.
Findings
Derived an explicit formula for $T_c$ in the DE model.
Calculated $T_c$ for a semi-circular density of states.
Analyzed the dependence of $T_c$ on model parameters.
Abstract
We study paramagnetic - ferromagnetic transition due to exchange interaction between classical localized magnetic moments and conduction electrons. By solving the Dynamical Mean Field Approximation equations we find explicit formula for the transition temperature for arbitrary electron dispersion law, concentration and re lation between exchange coupling and the electron band width. We present the results of calculations of the for the semi-circular electron density of states.
