Double stochastic resonance in conductors with narrow conduction band
E. M. Epshtein, T. A. Gorshenina, G. M. Shmelev

TL;DR
This paper investigates the phenomenon of double stochastic resonance in conductors with a bcc lattice and narrow conduction band, revealing that weak-signal gain can exhibit two maxima due to noise effects.
Contribution
It introduces the concept of double stochastic resonance in narrow-band conductors, highlighting a unique noise-induced gain behavior not previously documented.
Findings
Weak-signal gain shows two maxima as a function of noise level.
Double SR occurs specifically in conductors with narrow conduction bands.
The phenomenon is linked to the lattice structure and electronic properties.
Abstract
Results are presented of studying the stochastic resonance (SR) in conductors with bcc lattice and narrow conduction band. In such materials, SR has a feature, namely, the weak-signal gain as a function of the additive and non-correlated noise level can have two maxima, i.e., double SR takes place.
