R. R. Montenegro-Filho, M. D. Coutinho-Filho

TL;DR
This paper investigates the magnetic properties of the half-filled Hubbard model on quasi-one-dimensional lattices, focusing on how Coulomb repulsion influences ferrimagnetic ground states and excitations using exact diagonalization.
Contribution
It provides an exact diagonalization analysis of ferrimagnetism in quasi-one-dimensional Hubbard models, highlighting the role of Coulomb interaction U.
Findings
Ferrimagnetic ground state properties depend on Coulomb repulsion U.
Magnetic excitations are characterized in relation to U.
The study offers insights into magnetic behavior in low-dimensional systems.
Abstract
We present an exact diagonalization study of the half-filled Hubbard model on bipartite quasi-one-dimensional lattices. In particular, we emphasize the dependence of the ferrimagnetic ground state properties, and its associated magnetic excitations, on the Coulomb repulsion U.
