Comment on "Order parameter of A-like 3He phase in aerogel"
V. P. Mineev, M. E. Zhitomirsky

TL;DR
This paper argues that the inhomogeneous A-phase in aerogel is energetically more favorable than the previously proposed 'robust' phase, challenging earlier theoretical suggestions.
Contribution
It provides a comparative energetic analysis favoring the inhomogeneous A-phase over the 'robust' phase in aerogel.
Findings
Inhomogeneous A-phase is energetically more favorable.
Challenges the stability of the 'robust' phase.
Supports the inhomogeneous A-phase as the preferred state.
Abstract
We argue that the inhomogeneous A-phase in aerogel is energetically more preferable than the "robust" phase suggested by I. A. Fomin, JETP Lett. 77, 240 (2003); cond-mat/0302117 and cond-mat/0401639.
