Contribution
It introduces a detailed analysis of carrier-induced ferromagnetism in a diluted Hubbard model with ordered impurities, highlighting the competition of spin interactions and matching experimental data.
Findings
Rich variety of behaviors due to particle-hole process competition
Ferromagnetic transition temperature aligns with experimental values for GaMnN
Demonstrates the importance of impurity arrangement in magnetic properties
Abstract
Carrier-induced ferromagnetism is investigated in a diluted Hubbard model for ordered impurity arrangements. The delicate competition between particle-hole processes contributing to the spin couplings results in a rich variety of behaviour. The ferromagnetic transition temperature obtained within the spin-fluctuation theory is in good agreement with reported values for .
