TL;DR
This paper introduces a path integral formalism for multispecies anyons, derives an equation of state under certain approximations, and numerically computes third-order virial coefficients using Monte Carlo simulations.
Contribution
It presents a novel path integral approach for multispecies anyons and provides numerical calculations of virial coefficients.
Findings
Derived an equation of state for exclusion statistics.
Numerically computed third-order virial coefficients.
Established a Monte Carlo method for these calculations.
Abstract
A path integral formalism for multispecies anyons is introduced, whereby partition functions are expressed in terms of generating functions of winding number probability distributions. In a certain approximation, the equation of state for exclusion statistics follows. By Monte Carlo simulation, third-order cluster and virial coefficients are found numerically.
