Composable entropy and deviation from macroscopic equilibrium
Ramandeep S. Johal

TL;DR
This paper investigates how composable entropy affects the maximization process in thermodynamic systems and identifies conditions under which the zeroth law of thermodynamics may be violated.
Contribution
It derives the general form of the composability function and establishes criteria for potential violations of the zeroth law in systems with composable entropy.
Findings
Derived the general form of the composability function.
Identified conditions leading to violation of the zeroth law.
Provided a framework for entropy maximization in composable systems.
Abstract
We formulate, under general conditions, the problem of maximisation of the total entropy of the system, assumed to be in a composable form, for fixed total value of the constrained quantity. We derive the general form of the composability function and also point out the criterion which leads to a violation of the zeroth law of thermodynamics.
