TL;DR
This study investigates how oxygen content influences the magnetic and electronic properties of SrFeO$_{3- heta}$ single crystals, revealing correlations between spin-charge order and transport, along with notable magnetoresistance effects.
Contribution
It provides a systematic analysis of the relationship between oxygen stoichiometry, magnetic order, and transport properties in SrFeO$_{3- heta}$, highlighting magnetoresistance phenomena.
Findings
Correlation between spin-charge order and transport behavior
Observation of giant negative and positive magnetoresistance
Systematic variation of properties with oxygen content
Abstract
The electronic and magnetic properties of SrFeO single crystals with controlled oxygen content () have been studied systematically by susceptibility, transport and spectroscopic techniques. An intimate correlation between the spin-charge ordering and the electronic transport behavior is found. Giant negative as well as positive magnetoresistance are observed.
