V. V. Gafiychuk, A. K. Prykarpatsky

TL;DR
This paper analyzes the fundamental properties of quasispecies dynamics in molecular evolution, focusing on their evolution, stability, and mathematical modeling to understand their behavior.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive analysis of the properties, stability, and spectral characteristics of quasispecies dynamical systems in molecular evolution.
Findings
Vector field analysis of quasispecies dynamics
Spectral properties elucidated
Mathematical models developed
Abstract
We consider the general properties of the quasispecies dynamical system from the standpoint of its evolution and stability. Vector field analysis as well as spectral properties of such system has been studied. Mathematical modelling of the system under consideration has been performed.
