TL;DR
This paper investigates charge transfer rates in DNA segments with fractal structures using factorial moments, deriving an analytical expression for electron transfer rate to understand charge transport mechanisms.
Contribution
It introduces an analytical model for electron transfer rates in fractal-structured DNA segments using factorial moments, advancing understanding of charge transport in complex biological molecules.
Findings
Derived an analytical form for electron transfer rate.
Demonstrated the influence of fractal structures on charge transport.
Provided insights into charge transfer mechanisms in DNA.
Abstract
By means of the concept of factorial moment the charge transfer rates in DNA segments with fractal structures are investigated. An analytical form for the electron transfer rate is obtained.
