Interaction between superconductive films and magnetic nanostructures
Lars Egil Helseth

TL;DR
This paper investigates how magnetic nanostructures influence superconductive films by solving the generalized London equation, enabling control over vortices through magnetic interactions.
Contribution
It introduces a theoretical framework for manipulating vortices in superconductive films using magnetic nanostructures by solving the generalized London equation.
Findings
Magnetic nanostructures can effectively manipulate vortex positions.
Interaction forces between vortices and magnetic structures are quantified.
The study provides a basis for designing vortex control devices.
Abstract
The interplay between magnetic and superconductive films is studied. The generalized London equation for this system is solved, and the magnetic fields, the energy and the interaction forces are computed. In particular, we focus on how to manipulate vortices using magnetic nanostructures.
