Abstract
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) and stroke are leading causes of mortality and long-term disability worldwide, necessitating innovative rehabilitation strategies. This review synthesizes current research on the therapeutic effects of music, healing frequencies, and binaural beats in enhancing recovery outcomes for TBI and stroke patients. Music therapy has been shown to improve motor function, cognitive recovery, and emotional well-being through mechanisms such as rhythmic auditory stimulation, neuroplasticity facilitation, and emotional engagement. Healing frequencies, including 432 Hz and 528 Hz, are reported to reduce inflammation, promote cellular repair, and improve neuroplasticity.
