## Abstract

异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）是成人复发/难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）的重要治疗选择之一，而实现完全缓解（CR）是allo-HSCT前的关键步骤。近年来研究表明，使用双特异性T细胞衔接器（BiTE）贝林妥欧单抗进行免疫治疗，可清除残留的化疗耐药B-ALL细胞，显著提高复发/难治性B-ALL患者及微小残留病阳性患者的缓解率，成功桥接至allo-HSCT，并为移植后复发防治和维持治疗提供了更多选择。本文就贝林妥欧单抗在成人B-ALL治疗中的应用策略进行综述。
