Abstract
Background: This scoping review aimed to identify and synthesize the evidence on mindfulness-based interventions targeting mental health outcomes in working adults. Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted in four electronic databases (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and OTseeker) up to October 2025. The review followed PRISMA-ScR guidelines. Methodological quality was evaluated using the Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (OCEBM) classification. The protocol was prospectively registered on the Open Science Framework (OSF). Results: A total of 1803 records were identified, of which nine randomized controlled trials met the inclusion criteria. The included studies examined Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness-Based Self-Care, Mindfulness-Oriented Therapy, and digital mindfulness interventions.
