Malak Faeq, Osamah Alisawi

TL;DR
This paper reports the full genome sequence of a virus variant found in eggplants in Iraq and compares it to other global strains.
Contribution
The study provides a new complete genome sequence of an Eggplant mild leaf mottle virus variant from Iraq.
Findings
The complete genome sequence of the virus variant was determined using RNA sequencing.
The virus isolate grouped with strains from India, Iraq, Israel, and Canada in phylogenetic analysis.
Abstract
Here, we report the coding complete genome sequence of a variant of Eggplant mild leaf mottle virus in eggplant using RNA seq. The phylogeny revealed that the isolate clustered with strains from India, Iraq, Israel, and Canada.
Genes, proteins, chemicals, diseases, species, mutations and cell lines named across the full text — each resolved to its canonical identifier and authoritative record.
