## Abstract

肺癌是全球发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤，肺癌患者发生静脉血栓栓塞症（venous thromboembolism, VTE）的风险高，尤其肺栓塞（pulmonary embolism, PE），不仅会延长住院时间、增加住院费用，还严重影响患者的生存期和生活质量。目前关于肺癌患者发生PE的风险评估模型及出血风险评估模型效能有限，临床医生在选择抗凝或预防出血方面面临挑战。此外，抗凝过程中还面临着药物相互作用及特殊人群管理等复杂问题。本文通过回顾既往文献，总结抗凝与出血的临床风险评估和管理、抗凝药物的选择及肺癌合并PE患者的二级预防，为临床个体化诊断和治疗提供参考。
