Gastrosplenic Fistula with Thoracic Extension as a Complication of Primary Splenic Lymphoma
Diogo Carvalho, Luis Cabral, João Caldeira

TL;DR
A rare complication of splenic lymphoma, gastrosplenic fistula, can be detected early using CT scans, which also show thoracic involvement.
Contribution
Highlights the use of CT for early diagnosis and assessment of thoracic extension in gastrosplenic fistula from splenic lymphoma.
Findings
Computed tomography can detect gastrosplenic fistulas early.
CT also identifies thoracic or diaphragmatic extension, aiding timely management.
