Abstract
Nurses working in Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units (NICU/PICU) experience high levels of stress that can diminish emotional resilience and job engagement. Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) are known to enhance psychological well-being; however, evidence in culturally diverse settings, such as Saudi Arabia and Egypt, remains limited. This study assessed the effects of mindfulness training on emotional resilience, job engagement, and mindfulness and compared the outcomes between NICU and PICU nurses in both countries. A quasi-experimental pre-post-comparative design was used.
