Abstract
Africa and sub‐Saharan Africa reported higher cervical cancer cases globally. Cervical cancer is the second most leading cause of cancer in Ethiopia. Yet, the evidence was low for cervical cancer screening practices in Ethiopia. In this study, we assessed the cervical cancer screening and associated factors among reproductive‐age women in Sidama Region, Bensa, Ethiopia. A facility‐based cross‐sectional study design was conducted from January 1, 2023 to March 30, 2023 in Bensa district. Data were collected using a pre‐tested and structured questionnaire. Multivariable logistic regression was used to identify the associated factors with knowledge, attitude, and practice of cervical cancer screening.
