Grégori Akermann, Manon Pradère

TL;DR
This paper presents a dataset tracking the geographical spread and changes in collective farmers' stores in France from 2010 to 2024.
Contribution
The study compiles a comprehensive dataset of collective farmers' stores in France, including closures and openings, for the first time in recent years.
Findings
543 active collective farmers' stores were identified in France in 2024.
105 stores have closed over the past 15 years, with a notable increase in closures post-COVID.
The dataset includes SIRET numbers and administrative details for each store.
