TL;DR
This study explores how online educational videos help caregivers of children with celiac disease better understand and manage the gluten-free diet.
Contribution
The study introduces and evaluates multimodal digital education modules for caregivers of children newly diagnosed with celiac disease.
Findings
Post-test scores improved from 72% to 84%, though not statistically significant, while 'Don’t know' responses decreased significantly.
93.3% of caregivers found the videos useful and easy to understand, and 86.7% would recommend them.
Multimodal education, including online videos, was well-received and increased knowledge among caregivers.
