## TL;DR

This study compares how well different dental sealers prevent leakage in root canals using a single-cone technique.

## Contribution

The study provides new evidence on the sealing performance of bioceramic and resin-based sealers in endodontic treatment.

## Key findings

- CeraSeal BC showed the highest sealing ability among tested sealers.
- AH Plus performed better than DiaRoot and BioCera BC in sealing root canals.
- Dye penetration was used as a method to assess sealer performance.

## Abstract

This in vitro study was performed to compare the sealing ability of different bioceramic sealers- CeraSeal, DiaRoot
BC and BioCera BC and that of AH plus sealer (n=17/group), utilizing single-rooted mandibular premolars. The specimens underwent
examination under a stereomicroscope (magnification x2-20) for evaluation of dye penetration. Thus, we show that Ceraseal BC exhibited
the highest sealing potential, followed by AH Plus, DiaRoot and Biocera BC.
