TL;DR
Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy improves menstrual regularity and increases spontaneous pregnancies in morbidly obese women.
Contribution
This study demonstrates a qualitative shift from assisted to spontaneous conception following bariatric surgery.
Findings
Menstrual regularity improved significantly from 46.2% to 94.2% after surgery.
66.7% of women attempting conception achieved spontaneous pregnancy post-surgery.
