Resin infiltration is a minimally invasive, conservative, and effective approach for managing anterior MIH opacities, producing measurable improvements in color, lesion size, and hypersensitivity. Aesthetic outcomes and patient self-perception improve rapidly after treatment and remain stable over the 6-month follow-up period. What are the main findings?
