This study reports the draft genome sequence of Microbacterium sp. MAHUQ-60, a bacterial strain isolated from the rhizosphere of an eggplant located in Anseong, South Korea, in 2019. The genome consists of 3,425,239 base pairs assembled into five contigs, encoding 3,194 predicted protein coding genes.
