TL;DR
This paper reviews strategies to increase adult vaccination rates against respiratory diseases, emphasizing education, access, and policy interventions.
Contribution
The study compiles and categorizes global strategies to improve adult respiratory vaccination uptake from 2014 to 2024.
Findings
Education and awareness campaigns significantly increased vaccination intent and uptake.
Free vaccines and increased access to vaccination sites consistently improved uptake rates.
Tailored interventions based on local context and barriers were most effective.
