## Abstract

我国癌症防治形势严峻，尽管靶向治疗和免疫治疗取得了显著进展，化疗仍在综合治疗中占据基石地位，而其毒性反应是临床实践中不容忽视的挑战。斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液作为一种兼具抗肿瘤与减毒作用的复方制剂，在我国临床应用已逾二十年，但临床实践中对其应用尚缺乏统一规范。为此，中国老年保健协会肺癌专业委员会组织专家基于现有循证证据与临床经验制定了本共识。共识系统阐述了该制剂的药理机制、药代动力学特点，并针对其在肺癌、肝癌等多种恶性肿瘤中的临床应用提出了具体的推荐意见。本共识旨在为临床医生提供斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液的规范化用药指导，以促进其合理应用，最终改善肿瘤患者的疗效与生活质量。
