## Abstract

肺癌是我国发病率和死亡率均居首位的恶性肿瘤，准确的临床分期对其预后判断和治疗策略的制定至关重要。目前国际公认的肿瘤原发灶-区域淋巴结-远处转移（tumor-nodule-metastasis, TNM）分期系统以肿瘤解剖学特征为核心，但难以反映肿瘤生物学本质。TNM-血液受累（tumor-nodule-metastasis-blood, TNMB）分期在TNM分期的基础上融入血液分子标志物，实现了解剖学与生物学特征的多维度评估，最初应用于皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤，近年逐渐拓展至肺癌领域。本文综述TNMB分期在肺癌中的现有研究应用，对比分析其与传统TNM分期在分期依据、评估维度及临床效能上的差异，并进一步总结了现有B分期相关分子标志物类型及有望纳入B分期的分子标志物。
