## Abstract

肺癌是全球发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一，肺腺癌（lung adenocarcinoma, LUAD）为主要类型。近年来，研究发现肿瘤微环境（tumor microenvironment, TME）在LUAD的发生发展中扮演重要角色，其中，中性粒细胞的作用日益受到关注。研究发现中性粒细胞在TME中会分化为不同表型，呈现出多重促瘤功能。此外，中性粒细胞在相关刺激下会分泌中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网（neutrophil extracellular traps, NETs），尽管NETs有一定的抗肿瘤特性，但越来越多的研究发现其有多重促肿瘤功能。本综述从免疫调控、细胞代谢、基因及多种分子机制描述了中性粒细胞在LUAD发生发展及转移中的作用。
