Julie Faieta, Timothy Bober, Steven Handler, Dan Ding

TL;DR
Researchers developed a tool called VVCMatch to assess Veterans' readiness for telehealth, finding it can identify those needing support before using this healthcare option.
Contribution
The VVCMatch tool combines objective and self-report assessments to evaluate telehealth readiness in Veterans.
Findings
The VVCMatch identified Veterans who are not prepared to use telehealth.
The tool also flagged Veterans who could successfully complete a telehealth call with fair ability.
Findings are being used to refine the tool for larger testing.
