Seohyeon Kim, Sunghee Tak

TL;DR
This study explores how family support and disability acceptance affect life satisfaction in older adults with hearing loss over time.
Contribution
The study identifies distinct trajectories of disability acceptance and highlights the role of family strength in life satisfaction.
Findings
Three distinct disability acceptance trajectories were identified among participants.
Higher family strength and education were linked to greater life satisfaction.
Disability acceptance did not significantly moderate the relationship between family strength and life satisfaction.
