Abstract
Psychological conditions are significant health concerns among older adults with multimorbidity, particularly in the Hispanic/Latino population, where the prevalence of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity are disproportionately high. However, limited evidence exists on how multimorbidity and ethnicity influence different psychological outcomes. This study examines the associations of multimorbidity and ethnicity with anxiety, perceived stress, and depressive symptoms. Using logistic regression and generalized linear models, we analyzed cross-sectional data from 2,730 participants (age ≥ 65) in the Health and Retirement Study (2020).
