Katrine Høyer Holgersen, Nina Hasselberg, Johan Siqveland, Torleif Ruud

TL;DR
This study examines how crisis resolution teams in Norway affect people's crisis experiences and coping abilities, finding improvements after treatment.
Contribution
The study provides new insights into crisis resolution team effectiveness and factors influencing recovery in mental health crises.
Findings
Service users showed reduced crisis experience and improved coping within eight weeks of CRT treatment.
Higher initial psychiatric symptoms and previous mental illness were linked to less favorable outcomes.
Quick access to help and practical support were associated with better recovery.
