## TL;DR

A fast-feedback system using GPUs has been developed to speed up unattended data collection at Diamond Light Source's I03 beamline.

## Contribution

A GPU-based fast-feedback service was created and integrated into the beamline's systems to reduce waiting times for x-ray centering.

## Key findings

- The system minimizes time spent waiting for x-ray centering, improving throughput.
- The service is integrated into the wider acquisition and analysis systems of the beamline.
- Future evolution plans for the system are being considered to meet upcoming needs.

## Abstract

Diamond Light Source's I03 beamline now spends most of its time in "Unattended Data Collection" mode. To maximise throughput, it is critical that as little time is spent waiting for x-ray centering as possible. In this talk, I will describe the GPU-based fast-feedback service that we have built, how we integrated it into our wider acquisition and analysis systems, and how we plan to evolve it for future needs.
