Abstract
to map the characteristics of the training of healthcare professionals in auriculotherapy/auricular acupuncture worldwide. a scoping review, according to JBI, developed in eight sources of information. Studies that addressed training in auriculotherapy were included, regardless of the design. Descriptive and narrative analysis and synthesis were carried out. fourteen productions were included, most of which were articles (n=9; 64.3%), available in English (n=10; 71.4%). No course claimed to be fully online, with a workload between 3 and 228 hours. Brazil and France train auriculotherapy practitioners. The United States of America, Australia and Ukraine direct training with an emphasis on specific protocols.
