## TL;DR

Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are emerging as promising treatments for advanced non-small cell lung cancer, offering potential benefits with high efficacy and low toxicity.

## Contribution

This paper systematically reviews recent advances in ADCs for lung cancer and highlights current challenges in the field.

## Key findings

- ADCs have shown potential as effective and less toxic treatments for advanced NSCLC.
- Despite progress, drug resistance remains a major clinical challenge in NSCLC treatment.
- ADCs are increasingly recognized as a focal point in the development of new lung cancer therapies.
