## Abstract

恶性胸腔积液（malignant pleural effusion, MPE）是指由原发于胸膜或其他部位的恶性肿瘤转移所引起的胸膜腔积液，患者预后差。目前MPE的治疗主要有针对MPE的全身抗肿瘤治疗以及针对原发性肿瘤引起MPE的局部治疗。有关MPE局部治疗的文献报道颇多，方法涉及面广。本文综述近年来针对原发性肿瘤引起的MPE的局部治疗研究进展，总结近年来出现的新药物及新手段。
