TL;DR
This paper outlines a systematic review protocol to identify and evaluate self-care interventions for people affected by leprosy, focusing on how these interventions can help manage physical disability.

The study introduces a novel approach by mapping self-care interventions to the transtheoretical model of behavior change.
Findings
The review will document existing self-care interventions for leprosy-affected individuals.
It will map these interventions to the transtheoretical model of behavior change stages.
The study will also assess the cost and specific advice for hands, feet, and eyes in these interventions.
