## Abstract

随着人口老龄化，高龄弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）患者比例显著上升。老年综合评估是评价患者化疗耐受性的重要依据。高龄患者和老年综合评估为脆弱的DLBCL患者由于化疗耐受性差、合并症多，需进行个体化诊疗及全程管理。为提高我国临床医师对高龄或老年综合评估为脆弱的DLBCL患者的诊治水平，中华医学会血液学分会淋巴细胞疾病学组和中国医药教育协会淋巴疾病专业委员会组织相关专家制定了本共识。
