## Abstract

造血干细胞移植（HSCT）是目前根治恶性血液病及骨髓衰竭性疾病的有效手段，已经被普遍应用。近年来我国的HSCT迅速发展，但移植后肺部慢性移植物抗宿主病却严重影响患者生活质量和远期生存率。本文针对肺部慢性移植物抗宿主病的高危因素、临床分型及早期诊断策略进行了简单述评，同时对目前的药物治疗方案进行了详细分类评述，并提出在肺部cGVHD终末期内科治疗无效时，肺移植是唯一而有效的治疗手段。
