Jennifer Wedster, Jennifer DiBenedetto

TL;DR
This study explored how a mindfulness app affected burnout and well-being in emergency department nurses over four weeks.
Contribution
The study introduces a mindfulness-based mobile application as a potential tool for addressing nurse burnout.
Findings
No statistically significant improvement in burnout or well-being was observed initially.
Secondary analysis with imputed data showed significant improvement in burnout.
Qualitative feedback highlighted perceived usefulness of the app but noted challenges with time constraints.
