Abstract
Objectives: The Hinotori™ surgical robot system (HSRS) (Medicaroid, Kobe, Japan), a newly launched domestic platform in Japan, has already been utilized in many robot-assisted surgeries. This study aimed to assess the perioperative outcomes of the first series of seven cases that underwent robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) with an extraperitoneal approach (EP) using HSRS. Methods: A total of seven consecutive patients with localized prostate cancer who underwent RARP with EP using the HSRS between January and May 2025 at our institution were included in this study.
