In the published version of this article, in Table 1, for isolate IDs NVIO3648, NVIB164, NVIB3802, NVIB543, NVIB1365, NVIB3801, NVIB1926, NVIB2702, NVIB2993 and 01A1 only, incorrect RefSeq acc. nos. were unfortunately listed in the initially published version of the table. These numbers have now been rectified in the Table 1 version accompanying this corrigendum.
