## Abstract

我国免疫缺陷人群数量迅速增多，巨细胞病毒（cytomegalovirus，CMV）感染的发生率远高于正常人群，严重影响生活质量及预后。目前尚缺乏针对免疫缺陷人群难治性/耐药性CMV感染的标准化诊疗体系。本共识基于国内外难治性/耐药性CMV感染的流行病学、循证医学证据和临床研究等，针对难治性/耐药性CMV感染的诊断、治疗及管理形成了推荐意见。
